In September 2022, Laboratory Animal and Comparative Medicine (Shiyan Dongwu Yu Bijiao Yixue, ISSN 1671-5817, CN 31-1954/Q) is accepted by CAB Abstracts and Global Health, two databases sponsored by the Centre for Agriculture and Bioscience International (CABI) in the UK. This is good news after our journal was included in Ulrichsweb in August this year, marking that our academic level, influence, and quality have reached a high standard, and that the international visibility and influence of the journal will be further improved.

The editorial board and the editorial office will go on striving to improve the quality of the journal and strengthen the promotion, obtaining more recognition at home and abroad. We would like to thank all the editorial board members, authors, reviewers and readers for their continuous support and contributions.
