Copyright Transfer Agreement
Editorial Office of Laboratory Animal and Comparative Medicine
The Article_______________________________________________(No._______), will be published on Laboratory Animal and Comparative Medicine (No.____, Year______). In accordance with the Copyright Law of the People's Republic of China, we hereby transfer the copyright of this article to the editorial office of Laboratory Animal and Comparative Medicine. The terms are as follows.
1. Upon the date of signature, the copyright of the article is transferred to the editorial office of the journal, which includes but is not limited to the right of reproduction, issuing, online dissemination, presentation, translation, compilation, adaption, etc., allowing the journal to publish the article in any form (print or digital) or any language and to publish the article on the official website of the journal. The article will also be indexed by "Wanfang Data - Digital Journal Group", China Journal Network, CNKI, Chaoxing, Chemical Abstracts (USA), Ulrichsweb (USA), CAB Abstracts (UK), Global Health (UK), ICI World of Journals (PL), ICI Master List (PL), DOAJ (SE), China Academic Journals (CD), China Core Journal Database, China Science and Technology Journal Database, China Biomedical Literature Database, China Journal Full-text Database etc..
2. Permitted third party reuse of the articles published by Laboratory Animals and Comparative Medicine is defined by the following user license: Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0). This license allows reusers to copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format. The licensor cannot revoke these freedoms as long as the license terms below are followed: reusers must give appropriate credit, provide the original citation information (including volume and page) and a link to the license, and indicate if changes were made. Reusers may do so in any reasonable manner, but not in any way that suggests the licensor endorses the use. Reusers may not use the material for commercial purposes. If reusers remix, transform, or build upon the material, they may not distribute the modified material. The full details of the license are available at its official website.
3. After publishing, the authors have non-exclusive right of the article. The authors have right to spread or make use of the article under the CC BY-NC-ND 4.0 License, which includes the right to compile the article into paper collections for the purpose of academic exchange, whereas it should be noted that “the article is originally published on Laboratory Animals and Comparative Medicine, year, issue (volume) and page range”. When the paper and related scientific research projects are awarded or certain economic or social interests is acquired, the author shall notify the editorial office of the journal, and provide copies of relevant certificates.
4. The authors should promise that the article is original and does not involve plagiarism, confidentiality, multiple submission and authorship dispute and that the experimental materials, methods and data are authentic. All figures, tables and other materials used in the article are original, or have obtained the permission of the original author and the publisher. (License certificate should be provided), and there is no infringement for that. The content of this article has not been published in any language all over the world (print or digital). After publication, this article will not be submitted to another journal in any language. There is no dispute about the authorship or the order of authors. The authors shall be responsible for any dispute of copyright affairs mentioned above.
5. The authors agree that the editorial office has the right to make amendments to the text of the article, and is responsible for confirming the amendments within 3 days after receiving the comments from the editorial office. Failure to reply within the time limit shall be deemed as approval of all amendments. In addition, the authors and contributions, institutes, fund projects, conflicts of interest and other relevant information should be confirmed before publishing. The responsibility of any mistake or negligence shall be borne by authors.
6. The authors agree to accept the remuneration calculated according to the standards stipulated by the editorial office of Laboratory Animals and Comparative Medicine (including the remuneration for databases inclusion and online editions). Two copies of the current issue of the journal will be posted to authors free of charge.
7. The authors agree on all terms above. The order of following signatures is as same as the order of authors to publish on the journal.
