ZHOU Zhengyu, Ph.D., Master's Supervisor, currently serves as Director of the Laboratory Animal Center at Soochow University. He is a Committee Member of the Standardization Committee, the Feed and Nutrition Specialized Committee, the Education and Discipline Construction Working Committee, and the Accreditation Working Committee of the Chinese Association for Laboratory Animal Science; Committee Member of the Jiangsu Provincial Laboratory Animal Standardization Technical Committee and the Jiangsu Provincial Expert Committee; Council Member of the Jiangsu Zoological Society; Vice President of the Jiangsu Laboratory Animal Association; and President of the Suzhou Laboratory Animal Association.

He has long been engaged in teaching, research, and management of laboratory animals, accumulating extensive experience in scientific innovation in laboratory animal science, planning and construction of laboratory animal facilities, facility operation, quality control systems, and industrialization of laboratory animals. He has led or participated in multiple projects funded by the National Key Research and Development Program, the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the Jiangsu Provincial Natural Science Foundation, and the Jiangsu Provincial Science and Technology Service Platform. He has served as chief editor or associate editor of five monographs, published over thirty papers, and participated in the drafting and revision of multiple national standards and group standards. He has successively received the Xiehe Award from the Chinese Association for Laboratory Animal Science, as well as the Second Prize and Third Prize of the Suzhou Science and Technology Progress Award.
